Portland Walking Tours

“What happens if it rains?”

October 29th, 2013

At this time of year, when the weather can be so unpredictable, we often get asked, “What if it rains? Do you cancel the tour?”

The answer: we do NOT cancel tours for rain.

Oh, maybe for torrential downpours with hailstones the size of haunted human skulls… eh. Nah. That only makes the tours spookier.

Not that it should be an issue for the next few days. The forecast is for bright sunshine and occasional clouds for the next few days, and maybe a few sprinkles on the trick or treaters on Thursday. But that only encourages the ghosts, so the spooky tours (like the hilarious Beyond Bizarre and limited-time special Way Beyond Bizarre tours) will be even better!

And the Underground tour seems even more sinister… the Best of Portland shows how the city shines, even in rain… the food tours more comforting.

So, what happens if it rains?

We start the tours right on time, and smile right on through. So will you!
