Tessellations, Polyhedra, and Mobius Strips… Oh my!

June 9th, 2009

It’s time to get your perspective on! The Portland Art Museum just opened the “Virtual Worlds: M.C. Escher and Paradox” exhibit. As you probalby all know, M.C. Escher is the famous Dutch artist whose drawings and prints delight in challenging the viewer’s sense of perspective, logic and sense of what is possible. The show is up now and will run through September 13th. For more information visit the Portland Art Museum’s website.

Caution! Unabashed self-promotion: This is a great time to schedule an Artistry in Motion Hunt for your next team building event, meeting, or social mixer. The hunt includes a full-day admission to the museum. Come for the fun, stay to take in the art.
