Polish music, dance, food and drink abound this weekend at “the best kept secret in Portland,” the Polish festival on Failing Street between the two historic buildings of the Polish Library and St. Stanislaus Church (3900 N. Interstate Ave), Saturday 11:00 AM-10:00 PM and Sunday from noon to 6:00 PM.
Highlights include non-stop stage performances, a polka contest on Saturday and Sunday, delicious Polish food and imported Polish beer. Wear red and white (the colors of the Polish flag), particularly if you can find something with a white eagle on it (the symbol of Poland).
Come get your polka on!
