We regularly get mentioned in U.S. newspapers and magazines, but it’s a special treat when we find out that foreigners have taken notice of us too! This excerpt from March 9, 2009 appeared in “El Universal,” considered to be the most influential of the daily newspapers published in Mexico City, Mexico. The title of the story roughly translates as “Portland: One of the cities with exceptional quality of life in the United States.”
